Important Information
- Do not use the item you plan to return — it must remain new, with all sewn-in tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. Items must be returned unused with all SAAJ tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your expense. Any items that appear to have been worn will be refused.
- Returns are made at your own expense. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (обсудить).
- To ensure your return is covered by our policy and reaches us promptly, please return items from the country where they were originally delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
- We cannot be held responsible for any returns made via any postal services
- We cannot offer exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item you received, please return it and place a new order.
- Please note that genuine leather products may have natural features that are not defects but confirm their authenticity:
- small scars, overgrown scratches, and cicatrices
- small wrinkles that form when the natural leather of the front surface is bent inward and disappear when the leather is straightened
- stripes or lines of varying degrees of relief on the front surface of genuine leather

Fill out the refund form
Please fill out the return form. Once we receive the information, we will contact you within 48 hours to process the return
Return shipping
After we confirm the return, please arrange for the return shipment to be sent to the address provided to you and send to us tracking number
Refund
Once we receive your return and check items, we aim to process refunds promptly. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
